1. This Order may be cited as the Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013 and shall come into operation on 4th October 2013.
2. The Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009(4) is revoked.
3.—(1) The annual salary payable to the President of the Lands Tribunal shall be increased from £128,296 to £129,579 from 1st April 2013.
(2) The annual salary payable to any other member of the Lands Tribunal shall be increased from £120,785 to £121,993 from 1st April 2013.

This Order provides for changes in the annual salaries payable to members of the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland following recommendations made in the Report of the Review Body on Senior Salaries in 2013 (TSO CM 8569) as amended by Government.
It increases, with effect from 1st April 2013, under section 18 of the Administrative and Financial Provisions Act (Northern Ireland) 1962, the annual salary of the President of the Lands Tribunal and all other members of the Tribunal.
Article 2 revokes the Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009.
