The Department of Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(5) of the Lands Tribunal and Compensation Act (Northern Ireland) 1964(1) and section 18 of the Administrative and Financial Provisions Act (Northern Ireland) 1962(2), and now vested in it(3) makes the following Order.
