Citation and Interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (2013 Act) (Commencement No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013.
(2) In this Order, “the 2013 Act” means the Criminal Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2013.
Appointed Day
2. The day for the coming into operation of section 13(1) of the 2013 Act is 13 July 2013.
