Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Attorney General’s Human Rights Guidance (State Pathologist’s Department) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013 and shall come into operation on 22nd July 2013.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 shall apply to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly(1).
Coming into operation of the guidance
2. The guidance on international human rights standards in respect of the Department of Justice (functions exercised by the State Pathologist’s Department) shall come into operation on the day on which this Order comes into operation.
