Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as The Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Period) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 and shall come into operation on 12th June 2013.
Prescribed period
2. The prescribed period for the purposes of Articles 51(2)(c)(ii) and 52(2)(c)(ii) of the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 shall be 7 days.
