Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Student Fees (Amounts) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2014.
Increases to the prescribed basic and higher amounts
2. The Student Fees (Amounts) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) shall be amended as provided by regulations 3 and 4.
3.—(1) Regulation 3 shall be amended as provided by paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) For “£1,425” substitute “£1,465”.
(3) For “£3,575” substitute “£3,685”.
4.—(1) Regulation 4 shall be amended as provided by paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) For “£700” substitute “£720”.
(3) For “£1,780” substitute “£1,835”.
Revocation
5. The Student Fees (Amounts) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012(2) are revoked.
