The Department for Social Development, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 3(3), 4(3) and 11(1) and (4) of the Pneumoconiosis, etc., (Workers’ Compensation) (Northern Ireland) Order 19791 and now vested in it2.
