The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development M1 , makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 5(1), 8A, 10(6), 12(1), 14, 19, 44, 46(7A) and (7B), 60(1) and paragraph 10 of Part 1of Schedule 2 to the Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 M2 .
