Amendment to the Cattle Passport Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999

4.—(1) The Cattle Passport Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999(1) are amended in accordance with this regulation.

(2) In regulation 2 (Interpretation and application), in paragraph (2), in the definition of “cattle passport”, for “2629/97”, substitute “911/2004(2)”, and for “820/97” substitute “1760/2000(3)”.

(3) In regulation 5 (Consignment of animals out of Northern Ireland), in sub-paragraph 5(b), for “2629/97”, substitute “911/2004”.
