4.  In rule 3, for “the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Order 2001 and the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments (Maintenance) Regulations 2011” substitute “the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Order 2001, the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments (Maintenance) Regulations 2011 and the International Recovery of Maintenance (Hague Convention 2007 etc) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012(1)”.
