Appointed day
2. 13th February 2012 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Sunbeds Act (Northern Ireland) 2011—
(a)section 4 (duty to provide information to sunbed users, or buyers etc.);
(b)section 5 (duty to display information notice);
(c)section 12 (fixed penalties for certain offences);
(d)section 16 (regulations); and
(e)schedule 2 (fixed penalties)
for the purpose of enabling the Department to make Regulations.
