1. These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Great Britain Reciprocal Arrangements) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation on 29th October 2012.
2.—(1) The Child Support (Great Britain Reciprocal Arrangements) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993(1) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In regulation 2(1)(2) for “1A and 1B” substitute “1A, 1B and 1C”.
(3) After Schedule 1B(3) (exchange of letters) insert the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
