Requirement on landlord to supply information12
Where a landlord safeguards a tenancy deposit in a scheme, he must:—
a
within 14 days of receipt of the deposit furnish the information specified in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1, to the scheme administrator; and
b
within 28 days of receipt of the deposit furnish the information specified in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the tenant.
