Citation, commencement and application

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Offences (Fixed Penalties) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation on 1^st April 2012.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to a fixed penalty offence alleged to have been committed on or after 1^st April 2012.
