secure or provide the Safeguarding Board with such office and other accommodation that the Safeguarding Board, with the approval of the Department, considers necessary to enable the Safeguarding Board to perform its functions; and

ensure that arrangements are made for the administration, maintenance, cleaning and other services for such accommodation.
