The Safeguarding Board for Northern Ireland (Membership, Procedure, Functions and Committee) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012

The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety makes the following regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(2)(b), 1(3)(j), 1(5), 3(4), 5(1), 6(1), 7(1)(a), 7(4), 7(5), 8(1), 9 and 12(1)(j) of the Safeguarding Board Act (Northern Ireland) 20111.
