SCHEDULE Amendment of Regulations

7.  In regulation 1(3) of the Stakeholder Pension Schemes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000(1) (interpretation)—

(a) omit the definition of “the Board for Actuarial Standards”(2);

(b) in the definition of “relevant guidance”(3) for “the Board for Actuarial Standards” substitute “the Financial Reporting Council Limited”.
