EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order adds employment in the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 for which the Department of Finance and Personnel may make pension schemes. It has retrospective effect from 8 April 2010 by virtue of Article 3(7) of that Order.
