The Department of the Environment makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(3), 7(3) and (4), 8(1), 9(1), 10(2), 11(3), (6) and (7), 13(5)(c), 16(2), 17(3), 18(9)(c) and (10), 20(1)(d), 27(1), 28(5)(a), 31(1), 32(3), 34(2)(a), 48(2), (3) and (4), 52, 53, 57 and paragraphs 1(7)(b) and 3(7)(b) of Schedule 1 to the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010(1).
In accordance with section 57(11) of that Act the Department has consulted with such representative organisations as it sees fit.
