1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation—
(a)except for the purposes of regulation 2(2), on 1st July 2012 immediately after the coming into operation of regulation 2 of the Automatic Enrolment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012(1), and
(b)for the purposes of regulation 2(2), on 1st July 2012 immediately after the coming into operation of the other provisions of these Regulations.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(2) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
