2.—(1) In these Regulations, “the Principal Regulations” means the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009(1).
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(2) applies to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
