Commencement

3.  The following provisions of the Building Regulations (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009 shall come into operation on the 31st October 2012—

(a) section 4(a) (Further provisions as to the making of building regulations, etc.); and

(b) section 14 (Repeals).
