Amendment of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations

2. In regulation 72(6)(b) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) (good cause for the purposes of Article 21(5)(a) and (6)(c) and (d) of the Order) omit—
“—
(i)during the first 13 weeks of entitlement to a jobseeker’s allowance, one hour either way; and
(ii)in all other cases,”.
