Welfare of Farmed Animals Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11(1), (2) and (3) of the Welfare of Animals Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 M1.

The Department has consulted such persons appearing to it to represent any relevant interests as it considers appropriate.
