In regulation 2(2) of the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Pension Liberation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) (modification of references to “transfer” in the Pension Schemes Act) for “sections 6 and 67 (protected rights and money purchase benefits; basic principle as to short service benefit), and any regulations made under either of those sections,” substitute “section 67 (basic principle as to short service benefit) and any regulations made under that section,”.
