Amendment of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Transfer Values) Regulations

14.—(1) The Occupational Pension Schemes (Transfer Values) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In regulation 12(1) (requirements to be met by receiving schemes, annuities and arrangements) omit sub-paragraph (c).

(3) In Schedule 1A(2) (reductions in initial cash equivalents) omit paragraph 9.
