14. In regulation 11(2)(b)(ii) of the Social Security (Payments on Account, Overpayments and Recovery) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1988 (1) (recovery of overpayments by automated or other direct credit transfer) for “before he agreed to the arrangement” substitute “before the arrangement came into effect”.
