Definitions

3.  In regulation 2(1)—

(a) the following definitions are revoked, that is to say—

“Community legislation”,

“The Commission Regulation”,

“The Council Regulation”,

“The ERDF Regulation”; and

(b)

after the definition of “Department” there shall be inserted the following definition—

““EU legislation” means the provisions set out in the Schedule;”.
