16.—(1) The particulars in relation to any other enforcement action taken in relation to Part 4 of the Act are—
(a)the licence number (where applicable);
(b)the name and address of the person against whom the enforcement action was taken;
(c)the type of enforcement action taken;
(d)the date of the offence or other activity in relation to which the enforcement action was taken;
(e)the reason for the enforcement action; and
(f)details of any fixed monetary penalty or variable monetary penalty(1) imposed, or any payment made to discharge a proposed fixed monetary penalty.
(2) In paragraph (1), “enforcement action” means—
(a)the issue of a compliance notice, remediation notice, stop notice or emergency safety notice(2); and
(b)the imposition of a fixed monetary penalty (or its discharge before imposition) or a variable monetary penalty under the Marine Licensing (Civil Sanctions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011(3),
but does not include any such notice or penalty that has been overturned on appeal.
