10. In Article 14 (power to destroy imported animals)—
(a)renumber the provision as paragraph (1), and
(b)after paragraph (1), insert—
“(2) But where the animal is subject to Article 8 of the Pets Regulation, paragraph (1) is subject to Article 14(c) of the Pets Regulation.”.
