Amendment of the Goods Vehicles (Testing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003

2. In regulation 6(g) of the Goods Vehicles (Testing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) (conditions of acceptance of vehicle) for sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) substitute—
“(i)in the case of a vehicle which has been registered under the 1994 Act, the chassis or serial number shown in the registration document relating to the vehicle; or
(ii)in the case of a trailer, either—
(aa)the identification mark allotted to the vehicle by the Department; or
(bb)an identification mark allotted to the vehicle by the Secretary of State for Transport;”.
