2. There shall be added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972, the office of Commissioner for Older People for Northern Ireland(1).
The office of the Commissioner for older people for Northern Ireland was established under section 1 of the Commissioner for Older People Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 (C.I.(N.I.))
