The Pollution Prevention and Control (Amendment No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 No. 402

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pollution Prevention and Control (Amendment No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 and shall come into operation on 31st December 2011.

(2) In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations” means the Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1).
