6. The following provisions of regulations 5 and 6 shall not apply to bread sold in open packets —
(a)in regulation 5, paragraphs (1)(a), (2), (3), and (4); and
(b)in regulation 6, paragraphs (1)(a) and (b), (2), (3) and (4).
