Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 and shall come into operation on 21st October 2011.
Amendment to the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999
2. For regulation 44(5)(g) of the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999(1) substitute—
“(g)used as a search and rescue vehicle on the authority of the Chief Constable on search and rescue operations;”.
