Amendment to Schedule 5 to the principal Regulations

2.—(1) Schedule 5 (Statutory Provisions Applied For The Purposes Of These Regulations) is amended as provided by paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In the last entry in column 1 (Statutory Provisions) for “Section 3(2)(a)”substitute “Section 3 (1A)”(1).

(3) In the last entry in column 2 (Modifications) for “or employment or training” substitute “(d) retirement planning” and after “insert” insert “(e)”.
