Evidence of authorisation

7.—(1) An authorised person performing functions under these Regulations must produce, on request, evidence of his or her authorisation.
(2) An authorised person shall state, if requested-
(a)his or her name;
(b)the functions to be performed; and
(c)the grounds for proposing to perform those functions.
