Amendments to section 15 of the Act
4.—(1) Section 15(1) of the Act is repealed.
(2) In section 15(2)—
(a)for “Without prejudice to subsection (1), the” substitute “The”;
(b)for “exclude” substitute “exempt”; and
(c)for “exclusion” substitute “exemption”.
