Provisions coming into operation on 1st August 2011
3. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the 2011 Act is 1st August 2011—
(a)section 35 and Schedule 3 (regulated matches) except as they relate to Chapter 4 of Part 4 (banning orders in relation to regulated matches);
(b)Chapter 2 of Part 4 (conduct at regulated matches);
(c)section 40 (alcohol on vehicles travelling to regulated matches);
(d)section 50 (enforcement) except as it relates to Chapter 4 of Part 4 (banning orders in relation to regulated matches).
