Amendment of the Pension Protection Fund (Review and Reconsideration of Reviewable Matters) Regulations

33.  In the Schedule to the Pension Protection Fund (Review and Reconsideration of Reviewable Matters) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) (interested person(2)) after paragraph 16B(3) insert—

“16C. Paragraphs 16C, 16D, 16E and 16F

16C. Any person directly affected by the decision.”.
