Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmaceutical Services (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2010.
(2) In these Regulations “the Pharmaceutical Regulations” means the Pharmaceutical Services Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1).
