Articles 9(4) and (5) and 32 of the 1977 Order (apart from paragraph (7) of Article 32) shall not apply where the payment of a rate has been deferred by virtue of an agreement.

Paragraph (1) is without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the High Court or the county court to enforce an agreement.

Article 30 of the 1977 Order shall not apply to a payment made pursuant to an agreement.
