Amendment of the principal Regulations

3.—(1) The principal Regulations shall be amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 4(1) (fees), after “opposite the activity” insert “(in place of the old fee in column (4))”.

(3) For the Schedule substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
