Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Police and Criminal Evidence (Application to the Police Ombudsman)(Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010 and shall come into operation on 24th March 2010.
2. The Police and Criminal Evidence (Application to the Police Ombudsman) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009(1) shall be amended as follows—
(a)In Article 3(1) omit “by the police”;
(b)In Article 3(2) omit “Part II”;
(c)In Schedule 2 omit the introductory words “Where in the 1989 Order” to the end.
