5. In regulation 3 of the Valuation (Water Undertaking) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008(1) there shall be added at the end the following paragraph—
“(4) The hereditament described in paragraph (1) shall be treated as occupied by Northern Ireland Water Limited.”.
