Citation, commencement, and interpretation1
These Regulations may be cited as the Home Repair Assistance Grant (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 and shall come into operation on 7 February 2011.

In Regulation 1 (2) of the Home Repair Assistance Grant Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20032 after the definition of “housing benefit” add—
“(income related) employment and support allowance” means (income related) employment and support allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007;” and

After the definition of “income-based jobseeker’s allowance” omit the definition of “pension credit”.
