Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Products of Animal Origin (Third Country Imports) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 and shall come into operation on 10th January 2011.
Interpretation
2. The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
Amendment of the Products of Animal Origin (Third Country Imports) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007
3. The Products of Animal Origin (Third Country Imports) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 shall be amended as follows—
(a)In regulation 2 (Interpretation) omit paragraph (6);
(b)For Schedule 1 (Import Conditions) substitute the Schedule to these Regulations.
