The Departments shall prepare at four-yearly intervals a report in accordance with Article 10 of the Directive.

The Departments shall submit a report to the European Commission within 6 months of the reporting cycle which ends on 31 December 2011 and every four years thereafter.

The Departments shall prepare and submit a report to the European Commission in accordance with Article 10 of the Commission Decision 2007/863/EC17.
