Revocations

4.  The following Regulations are revoked—

(a) regulation 3 of the Social Security (Social Fund and Claims and Payments) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1); and

(b) regulation 34(3) of the Employment and Support Allowance (Consequential Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008(2).
