1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Fixed Penalty (Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 and shall come into operation on 14th December 2010.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Road Traffic Fixed Penalty (Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1).
